How do I get a custom shape for my wholesale/bulk orders?
It is easy. You can just send us the layout and logo that you would like to use, and our art department will create the shape for you to review and approve.
How much does a custom shape cost?
It is a one-time fee of $295.00 in most cases depending on the size and quantity that you are ordering.
Will a custom shape add additional time to my order?
Custom shapes usually take 7 to 10 days depending on our current production.
How can I use my own fragrance with wholesale/bulk orders?
You can either send us your oil and we can apply it for you or we can process your order without fragrance and you can apply it on your end. If we are sending unscented fresheners you can request them to be shipped in bags or without bags.
How long it typically takes to get my order?
The time varies according to units ordered, desired shape, fragrance, and your location. Usually three to four weeks.
Do you have fragrance samples?
Yes, you can order a complete set for $10.00 plus shipping cost.
Where can I get tracking information regarding my order?
We will send you your tracking number once your order ships. Then you can go to UPS.com or USPS.com to track your shipment.
Do you have samples so our team can review the print quality?
Yes, since we have no minimums you can actually order one air freshener so you and your team can review. It is a full production sample so you will be able to see exactly what you will receive on a larger order.
How long is transit time?
Shipping time depends on your exact address but if shipping within the 48 states it usually 3 to 6 days. Product ships from St Louis, MO.
What is the estimated shipping for 500 air fresheners outside the USA?
For international shipments we try to use USPS shipping service. In most cases the time is around 6 to 10 days going to most major cities. However, it can take longer if you are in a smaller city or rural area.
